Shred historyI got my first board in 1996. Rode with MMSC for 9 years (four under Bud Keene, one under Tom Anderson, and four with Mike Slaughter).
Personal riding styleCreativity, Goofiness, and Love.
Pipe, Park, or Backcountry PowWe don’t get too much pow on the east coast, but when we do I cherish it. I love park and I don’t think I could have a great winter with out riding pipe. As long as I’m snowboarding I’m a pretty happy guy.
What’s freshCreativity and innovation.
What’s staleTailblocks. It’s getting ridiculous. Once and a while is fine, but every of other trick is a bit excessive. It’s great if you want to wear your board down so no pop is left.
Shredding palsRiley, KB, Connor, Ralph, Hans, Nils....
Tunesalmost everything. I can get into some hip-hop, I love metal and punk (older punk like misfits, descendants, the clash, bad brains...), I was raised on oldies and mo’ town, and I even have some country on my Itunes (but none of that pop country shit!)
1 TrickRight now it’s a front 5 tail.
Favorite movieShred: Lame it will always be one of my top shred videos, and December for the concept.
